The objective of BSC/RNC Radio Parameter Audit is to review and analyze the network parameter configuration to capture figures of all radio network functionality from BSC/RNC from cell level down to radio channel. It is intended to be focused on the network performance itself.
BSC/RNC Database Audit
The analysis on the radio parameters will be carried for both idle mode such Cell Reselection, Paging and Location Update, etc., and dedicated mode parameters such Handover, Power Control, Layering, etc., also other available network features.
Radio parameter audit also cover assessment on parameter consistency and discrepancy on configuration data of legacy parameter setting, e.g. RF data, neighboring data, timers, etc.
